A hair system will last between 2 and 6 months depending on the system type and the proper care of the system. An ultra thin skin system should be replaced every 2 to 3 months, while a lace system would be replaced every 3 to 6 months. The system will need to have a maintenance appointment every 3 to 5 weeks, depending on your skin and lifestyle, to be sure to keep the hair and scalp in the best possible condition.

Can I go to the Gym?

Yes, the system will go part of the way to making you look good and if you want to go to the gym wearing your system to finish the job, that’s all up to you. Taking care not to pull on your hair or continually push sweat into your hairline.

What happens when I sweat?

If a wearer sweats excessively, this can cause the bond to weaken. In most cases this is nothing to worry about, as soon as the body cools back down the bond will harden again on its own. If you are someone that does sweat a lot, discuss this at your consultation with Couture.
